The book also repeatedly references the author’s website where very little information is available without registering. InPuddicombe gave up his studies in sports science and instead travelled to Asia to train as a Buddhist monk.
I especially recommend it for beginners to meditation who are unsure that they have the time or patience to begin. Learning about Puddicombbe background was incredibly interesting, his writing style is also very entertaining. After having read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle I really felt inspired to get headspaxe into spirituality and meditation, however that book lacked an extensive how to guide. Amazon Second Chance Pass it on, trade it in, give it a second life. And going is not an option. It is also a personal story of how the approach to meditation evolved in the author.

I sort of cannot believe how much I liked this book. It looked and smelled like a m Beginners Only!! I am going to try and pick it up again some other time and finish it.
