Not quite a 5 Star read for me – possibly because I’ve been reading these one after another without a break and its overloading my brain Used – Very Good. Together they find themselves in some pretty tricky situations and only together can they even begin to find the answers to how to get out.

As a Just finished reading the 4th book of Jessica Andersen’s Final Prophecy Novels, and I must say this series is getting more and more intriguing with each book. They all seemed to learn some hard painful truths and realize, really realize that the winkin lived through this event and it is still very painful for them. Lucius is not a Nighkeeper, but in a previous book a demon invaded his body, and as part of the exorcism, they tried to turn him into the Prophet, so he could gather more intel for them.

The Nightkeepers Series by Jessica Andersen

Somehow the pairing of Lucius and Jade seemed a little patchy they seemed to be at odds for much demonkeeeprs the book and seemed to get it altogether and save the day a little too abruptly. And she never wanted her seer powers, so she cannot help them either.

The problem arises when Jade sets eyes on Lucius. I have felt sorry for Lucius in the past books and was happy andrrsen get his story here which starts with Nightkeeper librarian, Jade, deciding to ‘take one for the team’. This part of the series focuses on Jade, the Nightkeepers librarian and spellcrafter.

And I still like all of the Mayan mythology that flavor this series and I liked the background story to save ‘the sun’, even though with all the build-up of the fate-of-the-world-hanging-in-the-balance the actual resolution to this was awfully quick and easy.
