I recommend this to the student seeking a thorough book where the concepts are more completely derived, not just “hand-waved” seemingly out of thin air as most popular undergraduate physics and EM books seem to do these days. This gives the student a better perspective on crucial concepts, rather than only a so-called “conditional statement” within the chapter as most kraaus books are written.
