I appreciate that others will disagree and that’s fine. I remember a couple offhand remarks during their discussions of their uneasiness with that family. Instead, I got a plot with a lot of potential cekker rapidly deteriorated into a harpy-like shrieking that christianity was the only way. This was just a horror novel with a muddled message. After I finished reading the book and composing my thoughts, I read a few reviews and it sounds like this was not his normal caliber of work, so I’m still open to giving him another farnk. That being said, it is definitely better written than most Christian fiction and would probabl I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I picked up this book.
Like Liked by 1 person. It was creepy, it gave me chills, and it did make me think. In spite of sudden fame and notoriety, Frank still lives a simple, well-rounded life that includes carpentry, banjo making, sculpturing, bicycling and hiking.
